Cabo San Lucas side — close to the marina and the nightlife

Pedregal is the gated hillside beside downtown, roughly five minutes from the marina by taxi. Casa Picasso (8 bedrooms, sleeps 26) is a new build with a three-tier glass-bottom infinity pool and a celebration room with a full bar and dance floor — built for a group that intends to be out on the town and back late. Casa de Karma (8 bedrooms, sleeps 16) spreads over four hillside lots with a bocce court, a swim-up bar and two ocean-view fire pits. Villa La Datcha (10 bedrooms, sleeps 20) is beachfront within Pedregal, with a spa wing.

For a swimmable beach on this side, Villa Marena 18 (5 bedrooms, sleeps 10) sits above Médano with a private path to the sand and the marina on foot.

San José del Cabo side — quieter, golf, the art district

Villa Tranquilidad (8 bedrooms, sleeps 16) is beachfront in Puerto Los Cabos with the marina and two championship courses close by. Villa Saguaro (11 bedrooms, sleeps 24) is the large-group option at this end. Casa Kokomo and Casa Primavera booked together run to 13 bedrooms and 32 guests — the joint-largest capacity we hold in Los Cabos.

The Corridor — if you cannot decide

The corridor is where the swimmable beaches are, and it puts both towns within a short drive. Villa Palma and Villa Mareas (10 bedrooms, sleeps 24) are two neighbouring houses in gated Cabo Bello — which sits at the Cabo San Lucas end of the Corridor, about ten minutes from town — on one of the few genuinely swimmable stretches of this coast. Either can be booked separately.

Casa Hidalgo (12 bedrooms, sleeps 32) sits midway between the two towns in Costa Brava: three separate beachfront houses on one property, a tennis court, and events permitted. It is the answer when the group is too large and too mixed to agree on one end of Los Cabos.

Getting Around

Cabo San Lucas:

• Very walkable downtown and marina area

San José del Cabo:
