Casa Familia is one of the few Pedregal homes that works for a grandparent with limited mobility: the main level is step-free from the street, the primary suite sits beside the pool and kitchen, and every shower is curbless. The other bedrooms are downstairs, including a bunk room with four full XL beds that children will claim first. The negative-edge pool has a glass railing; families with toddlers should ask us about the pool area before booking.
