Two houses, each with bright open-plan living that opens onto the terraces, and gourmet kitchens built for private-chef service. Multiple dining and lounge areas across the compound, which matters when thirty-two people want to do different things at the same time. Suites carry plush bedding, ensuite or semi-ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs and Wi-Fi, with walk-in closets, steamers and safes. A theatre suite doubles as sleeping space when the house is full.

Two infinity-edge pools, a spa and several fire features spread across the terraces, with generous shaded lounging and dining. Casa Kokomo adds a swim-up bar, a large palapa sized for open-air meals and dancing, and two private pickleball courts. Casa Primavera contributes a fire pit lounge and indoor-outdoor living that opens straight onto the course. The Greg Norman fairways run in front of both houses, with the Sea of Cortez beyond.

The mix includes upper and main-level king primaries with private terraces and ocean or golf views, a flexible guest suite pairing a king with two bunks for four twins, a main-level king opening to its own patio, a private king casita with a kitchenette and patio fireplace, and a theatre suite with two queens, an oversized sofa and its own bathroom. Casa Primavera adds ocean-view king suites with terraces, flexible king or twin arrangements, and double-bed casitas with private or shared bathrooms.
