Casa Kokomo and Casa Primavera book together as a single thirteen-bedroom compound in Puerto Los Cabos, sleeping thirty-two across 14.5 bathrooms. At that scale the two-house structure is the whole point. Thirty-two people in one building becomes a small hotel; two houses give the group a natural split, whether that is two families, a wedding party and the parents, or an executive team and their partners. Between them there are two infinity-edge pools, a spa, several fire features, a swim-up bar, a palapa large enough for open-air dinners and dancing, and two private pickleball courts. Both homes face the Sea of Cortez with the Greg Norman-designed fairways in the foreground. The bedroom mix runs from king primaries with terraces down to a bunk suite with four twins and a separate casita with its own kitchenette, so families travelling with children are properly provided for rather than merely accommodated.
