Two pools across the two homes, Villa Delfines with an ocean-view pool and swim-up bar, Casa Manta with its own pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a short walk, and the Robert Trent Jones II course at Cabo Real sits alongside.

Twelve suites across the two houses, 12.5 bathrooms, sleeping twenty-eight. Villa Delfines contributes a top-floor king primary with ocean-view balcony, double shower and steam bath, plus further king and two-queen suites on the top, main and lower levels, most with ocean-view balconies and private bathrooms. Casa Manta adds five more, including king rooms with private bathrooms, one with a spa tub, and queen bedrooms. The mix of kings and paired queens is what lets the compound take families rather than only couples.
