Villa Saguaro is an eleven-bedroom house in Fundadores, inside Puerto Los Cabos, built for the size of group most villas cannot take. Twenty-four guests across eleven suites and roughly 12,000 square feet of new construction, with onsite staff and nineteen beds in total. The configuration is the useful part: three king suites, six rooms with a pair of queens each, and two bunk rooms. That is a house designed for several families at once rather than for twelve couples. Indoor entertaining is unusually well provided for, with a billiard table, an indoor paddleball court and a massage table, so a full house has somewhere to go that is not the pool deck. The villa sits around 200 yards back from the beach, with ocean views from the pool terrace, and historic San Jose del Cabo is a short drive. Beach club access can be arranged at additional cost.

Roughly 12,000 square feet of new construction with modern architecture through the main living areas. The game room does the heavy lifting for a group of twenty-four: a billiard table, an indoor paddleball court and a massage table. The eleven suites are distributed through the house, ten of them confirmed with a private bathroom.

A swimming pool oriented on the ocean view with a jacuzzi alongside, and an outdoor dining area on the same terrace sized so twenty-four can eat together rather than in two sittings. The beach is roughly 200 yards away for anyone who wants sand instead of poolside, and beach club access can be arranged at additional cost.
