Golf, beaches, dining and shopping are close by along the Corridor, and each town is a short drive in the opposite direction. A car or arranged transport is worth having.

Villa Palma and Villa Mareas are neighbouring beachfront houses in the gated Cabo Bello community on the Los Cabos Corridor, booked together as a single ten-bedroom estate sleeping twenty-four. Both front a genuinely swimmable beach, which is rare on this coastline. Each house keeps its own pool, kitchen and living areas, and either can be reserved separately if the group is smaller.

01 — Indoor Living

Between them the two houses hold expansive living and dining areas, two fully equipped gourmet kitchens and ten en-suite bedrooms.

Villa Palma is built around a courtyard, in natural stone, organic finishes and soft desert tones. Its living areas open to the ocean, and a second-level common area adds a TV lounge with a queen pull-out sofa.

Villa Mareas is the more theatrical of the pair: floor-to-ceiling glass, a two-storey water wall, a private spa with steam room, cold plunge and Jacuzzi, a gym and fitness room, and a cinema and entertainment space.

Air conditioning, wireless internet and televisions run throughout both houses, with daily housekeeping and 24/7 concierge included.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

Designed for the day outside

The estate opens straight onto a swimmable stretch of beach, which is the exception rather than the rule along the Corridor where most beaches are not safe to swim.

Each house keeps its own pool and terraces. Mareas centres on an infinity-edge ledge pool with an outdoor kitchen and bar; Palma has its own pool and courtyard, with ocean-view balconies off both primary suites. There is a heated pool and a hot tub across the estate, and terraces on both properties sized for alfresco dining, sunsets and larger gatherings.

03 — Bedrooms

Ten en-suite bedrooms across the two houses sleep twenty-four, with two further common-area sleeping options on top of that.

Villa Palma holds five: two ground-level primary king suites with walk-in closets, sitting areas and direct access to ocean-view balconies; a ground-floor casita with a king, its own kitchen and a private entrance; and two guest-level suites with two full beds each. Its second-level common area adds a TV lounge with a queen pull-out sofa.

Villa Mareas holds five: a pool-level primary king suite with ocean view and terrace; a casita suite with a king, ocean view and terrace; a third king suite with terrace; a pool-level suite with two kings and two twin bunks above them; and a fifth king suite with terrace, kitchen and a bathroom with both tub and shower. A portable fold-up bed is available in the shared space.

Every bedroom in both houses has its own bathroom, 15.5 across the estate.

Can the two houses be booked separately?

Yes. Villa Palma has five suites and sleeps ten; Villa Mareas has five suites and sleeps fourteen. Taken together they form one ten-bedroom beachfront estate for up to twenty-four. If your group fits comfortably inside one house, booking a single villa is usually better value, so tell us the numbers and we will say which way round makes sense.

Is the beach here actually swimmable?

Yes, and it is worth being precise about why that matters. Most beaches along the Los Cabos Corridor are not safe for swimming because of the shore break and the current. This stretch of Cabo Bello is one of the exceptions, with gentle conditions and direct access to the sand from both houses. Both houses also have their own pools.

How does twenty-four work across two houses?

Ten en-suite bedrooms, five in each house, plus two common-area sleeping options: a queen pull-out sofa in Villa Palma second-level TV lounge and a portable fold-up bed in Villa Mareas. The houses sit next door to one another, so a group spreads across two front doors while still sharing the beach, the pools and the terraces.
