00 — Overview

Casa Bellamar is a nine-bedroom beachfront estate on two acres of the East Cape, and the scale of the outdoor provision is what sets it apart: a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim-up palapa bar, fire pit, a full tennis court, lawns, and a private path down to the sand at Playa Tortuga. Kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and umbrellas come with it. Eighteen guests across a main residence and several guest casitas, which gives couples and families genuine separation rather than a corridor of doors. The Sea of Cortez here is warm and swimmable, and the estate faces east, so this is a sunrise property rather than a sunset one. Inside, marble floors, vaulted and beamed ceilings and a gourmet kitchen sit alongside a dedicated gym with professional equipment. Staff are on site.

Interiors blend authentic Mexican craftsmanship with contemporary comfort: a spacious great room with ocean views under vaulted, beamed ceilings, marble flooring, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and both formal and casual dining. A dedicated gym with professional equipment sits within the house. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Sonos sound and Wi-Fi run throughout the main house and the casitas, and the decor draws on local work rather than generic resort furnishing.

An expansive oceanfront terrace with a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and a palapa-shaded swim-up bar, alongside alfresco dining sized for a large group, a barbecue, outdoor lounge seating and lawns. A private pathway leads directly to the sand at Playa Tortuga. Kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, and there is a tennis court on the two-acre property. Multiple terraces and balconies catch sunrise over the Sea of Cortez.

Nine suites sleeping eighteen across 9.5 bathrooms, split between the main residence and four guest casitas. The primary has a king, ocean view, fireplace, walk-in closet and an ensuite with a soaking tub and rain shower. Two further king suites carry ocean views, fireplace or television and ensuite rain showers. A queen room has an ocean view with shared bathroom access, and a fifth pairs a queen with two twins and its own bathroom. The four casitas add kings or twin-to-king configurations, each ensuite, one with a kitchenette. Every room opens onto a terrace.
