Travertine and stone finishes throughout, with multiple HDTVs, Wi-Fi and climate control. The double-door entry opens onto a courtyard with a fountain before the house gives way to the great room and the terrace, which keeps the arrival sequence and the entertaining space distinct.
An expansive terrace built around a swimming pool, a custom sixteen-person jacuzzi and a large fire pit with seating for around sixteen. A barbecue and grill area, alfresco dining, and several separate lounging zones, all framed by landscaped courtyards and patios angled toward the sea.
