About this Property

Casa Kokomo in San José del Cabo

Casa Kokomo — interior and outdoor living spaces

00 — Overview

Casa Kokomo sits on two lots in Fundadores, Puerto Los Cabos, five bedrooms sleeping sixteen. The count works because one guest suite pairs a king with two bunk setups holding four twins, so the house absorbs a group of children without touching the adult rooms. The outdoor provision is genuinely unusual: two private pickleball courts, a half basketball court, giant chess, an infinity-edge heated pool with a swim-up bar and integrated jacuzzi, outdoor fireplaces and a large palapa sized for open-air dining and dancing. Inside there are two full kitchens, the second with a pizza oven, a rainforest-style gym and a theatre room with a projector. It can also be booked with neighbouring Casa Primavera as a thirteen-bedroom estate.

01 — Indoor Living

Open, layered interiors

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar plus a second full kitchen with a pizza oven, dining for around twelve, and both living and private sitting rooms. A rainforest-style gym and a theatre room with a projector and streaming access. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi, Sonos, Smart TVs with full US access, whole-house water filtration and full laundry facilities.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

Designed for the day outside

An infinity heated pool with a swim-up bar and integrated jacuzzi, two private pickleball courts, a half basketball court and giant chess. A large palapa with bar, dining and lounge space, an outdoor barbecue area, a fire pit and outdoor fireplaces, pergola and umbrella-shaded loungers and a misting system. Wraparound terraces with ocean and fairway views, lush gardens and several quiet seating nooks along landscaped walkways.

03 — Bedrooms

Sleeping for 16

Five suites sleeping sixteen across 6.5 bathrooms. An upper-level primary carries a king with a private terrace over ocean and golf views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite. An upper-level guest suite pairs a king with two bunk setups, four twins in total, with its own ensuite. A main-level primary has a king with a private patio and direct pool access. Further main-level guest suites complete the house. Every room has a Smart TV with US access, a safe, a hair dryer and a clothes steamer.

Destination Profile

Los Cabos

Los Cabos sits at the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula, where the desert meets the sea and the Pacific curls around Land’s End to join the Sea of Cortez. Our villas run along the Tourist Corridor that links its two towns — the marina energy of Cabo San Lucas and the colonial calm of San José del Cabo — taking in the cliffside estates of Pedregal, the gated golf communities of Palmilla, Querencia, and Chileno Bay, and the beachfront homes along the Corridor and East Cape. Most have ocean views; many have infinity pools set above the water. Los Cabos is built for the outdoors. The waters off Cabo are among the world’s great sportfishing grounds, gray and humpback whales pass through from December to April, and the swimmable coves at Chileno and Santa Maria sit minutes from the golf. The region has become one of the most concentrated luxury-golf destinations in the Americas, with courses by Nicklaus, Weiskopf, and others ringing the coast. Cabo San Lucas brings marina dining and nightlife; San José del Cabo offers a quieter art-district and farm-to-table scene. The villas suit families, golf groups, and celebrations who want space and service with the desert-and-sea drama as a backdrop — four- to ten-bedroom estates with full staff, private chefs, and concierge planning. Many are in gated communities with beach clubs and golf on the doorstep, yet keep the privacy of a standalone home. Because Los Cabos International Airport has direct flights from across the US and Canada and is a short transfer from the Corridor, it is one of the easiest luxury escapes to reach from North America. Share your dates, group size, and whether you want Cabo-close, a quieter San José or East Cape setting, or a gated golf community, and we’ll send a curated shortlist of Los Cabos villas, booked direct with no platform fees.

How many guests does Casa Kokomo sleep?

Casa Kokomo sleeps up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms, with 6.5 bathrooms. What a group can comfortably use depends on the room-by-room configuration rather than the bedroom count alone, so we confirm the layout against your party before you book.

Where is Casa Kokomo located?

Casa Kokomo is in San José del Cabo, Los Cabos. We can confirm drive times from the airport and what is within reach on foot before you commit to the location.

How close is Casa Kokomo to the beach?

Casa Kokomo has the water in view from the property, but it is not on the beach — a road or another property sits in between. If feet-in-the-sand access matters to your group, tell us and we will point you to the beachfront properties instead.

Can we have a private chef at Casa Kokomo?

Yes, a private chef can be arranged at Casa Kokomo. Chef service is booked on request and quoted separately from the villa rate, so it is never assumed to be included.

Who is Casa Kokomo best suited to?

Casa Kokomo works particularly well for families with children and large groups travelling together. Tell us how your group is made up and we will say plainly whether this villa fits, or point you to one that does.

How much does Casa Kokomo cost, and how do we book?

Rates are quoted per stay rather than published as a single number, because they move with the season, the length of stay and the size of the group, and taxes and fees vary by destination. Send your dates and we confirm availability and the rate with the owner before anything is charged.
