The name means house of light, and the architecture earns it — marble and tile floors, custom wall finishes, a domed ceiling over one of the bedrooms, and tropical planting wrapped around the building. Each bedroom is named after a cactus and has its own bathroom. This is a house built for families: a game room with a pool table, a gym, a high chair and travel crib provided as standard, and a children's playground immediately next door. The pool was recently rebuilt and has a waterfall and an adjoining jacuzzi. Unlike the bay-side houses in Pedregal, the outlook here is to the mountains and the desert rather than the marina.

Marble and tile floors throughout, custom wall finishes, and hand-carved furniture in the primary suite. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and a water filtration system. There is a game room with a pool table, a gym, a second private living room alongside the main one, and indoor dining. The villa is arranged over multiple levels.

A recently renovated custom pool, heated on request, with a waterfall and adjoining jacuzzi. A palapa, an outdoor shower, barbecue and grill, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and an uncovered sun deck sit within tropical landscaping. Tennis is available in the community and there is a playground next door.

Five bedrooms sleeping thirteen, each with a private bathroom, across 6.5 bathrooms in total. Saguaro, the primary: California king, hand-carved furniture, custom bathroom with a two-person tub, double sink and separate shower, walk-in closet, patio, safe and smart TV. Hedgehog: king, bathroom with twin shower heads and double sink, patio. Cholla: king, bathroom, sitting area, walk-in closet, TV. Prickly Pear: two queens, bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, arranged with children in mind. Barrel: a round room with a domed ceiling, king, small patio, private bathroom, safe. The Surfer Room, separated from the main house by the breezeway, has a twin bed and its own bathroom.
