Casa Marisol is quieter in character than most villas of its size, and better for it. Brick vaulting carries the ceilings through the main rooms, giving them a solidity that painted plaster does not, and the plan runs living, dining and kitchen together in one open space. Outside, an infinity-edge pool reaches towards the Pacific with a jacuzzi alongside and loungers on the deck. The configuration is the clearest argument for it: five bedrooms, five private bathrooms, four of them kings. For five couples travelling together there is very little to negotiate.

An open floor plan under brick vaulted ceilings connects the living, dining and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. There is a second private living room in addition to the main one, and indoor dining.
