The owner describes it as zero meters to the sand: the gardens run to the waterline, and the infinity pool looks straight out to the Pacific. Villa Experience describes the house as custom built with two oceanfront swimming pools.

Six suites sleep up to 14 guests across upper and lower levels. Four have king beds, one has two queens, and the sixth has two queens plus two twins, the room families use for children; the owner notes the house is child friendly. There are eight bathrooms.
