Wakika sits on La Punta, the very point of the peninsula that closes the Bahia de Banderas, inside Punta Mita’s high-security gated community. The views are wide: the Pacific, the bay, the Marietas Islands and, after dark, the lights of Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. A large pool and jacuzzi sit on the terrace overlooking the sea, and a palapa covers an outdoor dining table for ten.

The house has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own outdoor shower, and the four master bedrooms have TVs, with more in the media room, living room and palapa. The owner does not publish the bed type in each room, so we confirm it for your group. Published capacity ranges from 14 to 20 guests depending on the source, and we confirm the right number for your dates.

Service is built around cook services and daily maid service, with residential concierge support; the owner notes a 5% service charge on the cook service. Guests receive a residence orientation tour and Punta Mita’s preferential tee times and special greens-fee rate on the two Jack Nicklaus Signature courses.
