Casa Singita is a hacienda-style house on a private oceanfront lot in La Punta Estates, inside the gated Punta Mita community. The views run across the Pacific, and the infinity-edge pool, shaded lounging areas, al fresco dining spaces and a traditional fire pit sit between the house and the water, framed by tropical gardens.

The main living area is on a single level and becomes indoor-outdoor when the sliding doors are open, which makes it easier than many Punta Mita villas for grandparents or anyone who prefers fewer stairs. Bedrooms are a mix of ocean-view master suites and garden-view rooms. The manager does not publish bed types per room, so we confirm them for your group.

The staff is complete. A private chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a house manager, a concierge, professional butlers and two housekeepers look after the stay with daily housekeeping. There is a fully equipped gym and a six-seat golf cart for getting around Punta Mita and out to its golf courses and beach clubs.

House rules are simple: no smoking and no pets. The manager states that the chef’s three daily meals are included but does not spell out how groceries are billed, so we confirm that with your quote.
