Haramara is a three-bedroom condo in Tau Residences, inside the gated Punta Mita community on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, about 40 minutes by road from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Haramara is a Huichol word meaning Our Mother Ocean, and the condo is oriented to it: the main terrace carries a private heated infinity plunge pool and looks out over the water toward the Marietas Islands, which makes for long sunsets and, in season, whale watching from the rail.
The interior was designed by Mexican designer Lorena Vieyra. The living room opens onto the terrace and holds a satellite TV and a Sonos soundbar, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats twelve. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, alongside high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer.
Three ensuite bedrooms sleep up to twelve between them. Two face the ocean and the third looks over the golf course. Every bathroom has twin vanities, a bathtub and a separate shower.
Guests have access to the Club Punta Mita facilities: the residents beach clubs, the two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, the spa, fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities. Services used there, such as dining, green fees and spa treatments, are billed on top. Guests also have the Tau common areas, including the communal pool, fitness centre and gardens, plus use of a Polaris cart inside the Punta Mita gates.
