Tau Condo 531 is a three-bedroom condo in Tau Residences, inside the gated Punta Mita community on Mexico’s Pacific coast, about 40 minutes by road from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
The terrace is the centre of the condo: a private infinity-edge plunge pool, a lounge area and an outdoor dining setting, looking across the golf course to the ocean. Indoors there is a second lounge with a TV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The building has elevators and the condo comes with a parking space.
Three ensuite bedrooms sleep eight between them, and each one has its own balcony. Every bathroom has twin vanities, a bathtub and a separate shower, and every bedroom has a TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer and hotel-quality bedding and towels.
Housekeeping, concierge service and breakfast preparation are included, along with a six-seater golf cart. Guests have access to the Club Punta Mita facilities: the Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs, La Lancha surf club and the Porta Fortuna ocean club, the Jack Nicklaus golf courses with their academy, driving ranges and putting greens, and the fitness and tennis centre, spa, kids club and the walking and cycling paths. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities. Services used there, such as dining, green fees and spa treatments, are billed on top. The Tau community adds a communal pool, fitness centre, childrens play area, BBQ area and gardens.
