Tau Condo 611 is a three-bedroom condo in Tau Residences, inside the gated Punta Mita community on Mexico’s Pacific coast, about 40 minutes by road from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
The terrace is the centre of the condo: a private plunge pool, an outdoor dining table, a seating area and a grill, looking out over the ocean. Three ensuite bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleep up to eight guests. Inside there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi across the condo and a washer and dryer, with a smart TV in every bedroom.
Daily housekeeping and a personalised concierge service come with the stay, along with a six-passenger golf cart for getting around inside the gates and a cook who prepares breakfast.
Guests can use the Club Punta Mita facilities: the Pacifico, Sufi, Surf Club, Kupuri and St. Regis beach clubs, preferential tee times at the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, special green fee rates at the Greg Norman-designed Higuera course, the tennis, pickleball and paddle courts, the gym and jogging paths, the surf breaks and Punta Mita Pier, and the Kupuri pilates studio and Kids Club. A heliport and emergency medical assistance are available within the resort. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities.
The Tau community adds a communal pool, fitness centre, childrens play area and gardens.
