Condo Balboa is a three-bedroom condo in Tau Residences, inside the gated Punta Mita community on Mexico’s Pacific coast, about 40 minutes by road from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
The terrace carries a private infinity plunge pool and an outdoor dining area, looking out over the ocean. Inside are three ensuite bedrooms sleeping eight, with satellite TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Wi-Fi across the condo and a washer and dryer. The building has an elevator, so access from the parking spaces is step-free, and the community gate is staffed around the clock.
A cook prepares breakfast each morning, housekeeping and laundry run daily, and a concierge is on hand. A six-passenger golf cart comes with the condo for getting around inside the gates, along with the Tau common areas: a communal pool, fitness center and gardens.
The residence holds a Premier Golf membership, covering the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, the Punta Mita beach clubs, the tennis club and the fitness center, subject to availability. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities.
