Chalet Bergeronnette sits in Raffort, a quiet hamlet below Méribel centre, and has been newly renovated in a contemporary alpine style with wood finishes and vaulted ceilings. Snow permitting, guests can ski back to the chalet at the end of the day via the Raffort piste. The Olympe gondola, which rises to the main lift hub at La Chaudanne and on into Les 3 Vallées, is around 600 to 650 metres away, about an eight-minute walk, while Méribel centre and La Chaudanne are roughly five to six minutes by car. The chalet sleeps 14 guests in seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, spread over three levels. Evenings centre on the open living area with its wood-burning fireplace and a dining table for 16, then the terrace with an eight-person outdoor hot tub and a four-person sauna.

The main living space

The open living and dining area has a wood-burning fireplace, two sofas, a smart TV and a dining table that seats 16, with vaulted ceilings and wood finishes throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob and fridge. A four-person sauna, a washing machine and dryer, and a private ski and boot room with boot warmers complete the chalet. Wi-Fi, utilities, firewood and snow clearing are included.

The terrace has outdoor seating and an eight-person hot tub, and several bedrooms open onto a private balcony or patio. Parking is available at the chalet.

03 — Bedrooms

Sleeping for 14

Seven bedrooms sleep 14, and every room has its own en-suite bathroom. Six of the seven can be set up as either a double or a twin, and the seventh has a queen bed, so the chalet works as well for groups of friends as for families. Two rooms are on the ground level, one with patio access; one is on the first level with a private balcony; and four are on the second level, two of them with private balconies. One room has both a bath and a shower, and several have space for an extra bed.
