The main living space

The top-floor living space sits under vaulted beamed ceilings, with a sofa corner, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and central fireplace opening onto a balcony. A separate TV lounge occupies the middle floor, and the lowest floor adds a further living area, kitchenette and second fireplace. A private outdoor hot tub, two saunas and a separate fitness room are exclusive to the apartment. Residence-wide, guests can also use a shared indoor pool, a further sauna, hammam and massage rooms, a ski rental shop, ski lockers with boot warmers, underground parking, private laundry and a reception/concierge desk.

Built around the mountain

A balcony off the top-floor living space and a terrace and garden off the lowest floor give the apartment its own outdoor space alongside the private hot tub. Falcon Lodge is 200m from the Morel chairlift and slopes generally, with a 5-minute driver shuttle to the La Chaudanne lift hub and a roughly 10-minute downhill walk into central Méribel.

Eight bedrooms spread across three levels: an upper master with terrace access, dressing room and en-suite; a middle-level double and twin each with en-suite and shared balcony access, plus a shared quad bunk room and bunk cabin; and on the lower level, two doubles sharing a terrace with individual en-suites, plus a further en-suite quad bunk room. Standard pricing covers 10 adults and 10 children (20 total); the apartment can also split into two smaller independently bookable units for smaller groups.
