Most beachfront rentals along this coast put everyone under one roof. Casa Solika splits the group across three structures around the pool — a Primary Suite, a Junior Suite, a Casita, and a Casita with a loft — so four couples or two families can share the property without sharing walls. Every suite has an en-suite bathroom and its own outdoor shower.
The interiors were assembled rather than specified. Furniture and pieces collected from India, Indonesia and Morocco sit alongside local woods, natural fibres and vintage finds.
The centre of it is the pool — saltwater, climate-controlled, with a Baja bench — and past it a lawn that runs onto the sand. The beachfront terrace has a firepit facing the water; the rooftop terrace has a second one for the sunset.
