Casa Brisa is a seven-bedroom villa of approximately 20,000 sq ft in Kupuri Estates, a gated community within Punta Mita. It has 11 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests, and its ocean-view terrace runs alongside a private infinity pool. Beach access is through Club Punta Mita. Since 6 January 2026 rented stays carry a one-time Club Punta Mita access fee per person, and whether it is included in the rate or billed separately is confirmed at booking.

The seven bedrooms are suites set across two levels, two guests per room at full capacity. The primary suite has a private ocean-view terrace, and the rooms have blackout shades and generous storage.

Inside, the open-plan layout has floor-to-ceiling windows, oak flooring, local stone and wood details, a media lounge, an ocean-view dining area and dedicated work areas. Outside are the infinity pool, shaded palapas, landscaped gardens, poolside loungers and outdoor dining. Air conditioning, wifi, parking and security are in place, housekeeping and concierge support are available, and a private chef can be arranged.

The work areas and media room make it practical for longer family stays and groups combining work and holiday.
