Casa Querencia is an oceanfront estate in Kupuri Estates, with elevated Pacific views. A private path through the property's gardens leads to the villa's private beach cabana on Kupuri Beach. The Kupuri Beach Club is next door.

A chef is included in the rate at Casa Querencia. Groceries are normally billed separately at cost, and menus are agreed with you before arrival — we confirm the exact arrangement in writing before you book.

Casa Querencia works particularly well for families with children and large groups traveling together. Tell us how your group is made up and we will say plainly whether this villa fits, or point you to one that does.

Casa Querencia includes use of the villa, its private pool, gardens and beach cabana. Daily housekeeping, butler service, chef service and a bilingual (English and Spanish) concierge are included. Groceries are not included.
