Casa Nautilus is a four-bedroom villa in Costa Careyes, built with pale plaster walls and arched doorways in the destination’s signature style. Every bedroom has ocean views, and the property is centered on a palapa-roofed living and dining pavilion, an infinity-edge pool, and a jacuzzi. Casa Nautilus is roughly 10 minutes from the Chamela private airstrip and about 1 hour 15 minutes from Manzanillo airport.

The kitchen is stocked with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and run by an included chef and butler, with housemade bread, jams, almond milk, and ice cream part of the daily offering.

The palapa-roofed living and dining pavilion is anchored by a custom live-edge wood dining table with vintage Legorreta chairs, and multiple seating areas built around round accent tables. A separate circular tower houses the office, with a curved built-in desk facing the ocean, a vintage Eames chair, a hidden Nespresso station, a large-format printer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen’s red-and-pink geometric tile floor and white concrete countertops are a custom design for the house.

An infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi sit in front of the palapa pavilion, with the open-air layout flowing into tropical greenery and ocean views. A rooftop lounge with a shade sail sits atop one of the property’s towers. Each bedroom opens onto its own terrace or garden with ocean or lawn views.
