Casa Parasol is a five-suite villa in Costa Careyes, set atop an oceanfront cliff with direct stair access to Playa Rosa beach below. The villa is rented in full — no individual room bookings — and sleeps up to ten guests across five newly renovated suites, each with a king bed, a private bathroom, and an ocean view. A central palapa-roofed living room, dining room, and media room with a 4K television anchor the main house, while an infinity pool, sun deck, and bar and lounge sit at the cliff edge. Two of the five suites are separate bungalows one level below, reached by a spiral staircase past the property’s steam bath.

The main house’s TV and media room is set up with high-definition sound and a 4K television, positioned below the Master Suite, which sits on its own upper level reached by an interior staircase. The Beige Room occupies the main arrival level alongside the shared living and dining spaces. Each suite carries a minibar or bar area, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and Wi-Fi; the Beige and Pink rooms add an in-room safe deposit box.

An infinity pool runs along the cliff-edge sun deck outside the Pink Room, which shares its level with the property’s bar and jacuzzi. Down a spiral staircase past the steam bath, the Blue Bungalow opens to its own private plunge pool and the Green Bungalow to a private garden, both a level below the main house. Stairs from the cliff lead directly down to Playa Rosa, a beach known locally for its sea caves and small islets.

Casa Parasol’s five suites — the Master Suite, Beige Room, Pink Room, Blue Bungalow, and Green Bungalow — each hold one king bed for two guests, for a total capacity of ten. All five have a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and Wi-Fi; the Master Suite is the only one with a television, wired for Netflix and cable. The two bungalows sit a level below the main house and trade the minibar and safe deposit box of the upstairs rooms for a private outdoor amenity — a plunge pool for the Blue Bungalow, a private garden for the Green Bungalow.
