01 — Indoor Living

Open, layered interiors

The main house’s TV and media room is set up with high-definition sound and a 4K television, positioned below the Master Suite, which sits on its own upper level reached by an interior staircase. The Beige Room occupies the main arrival level alongside the shared living and dining spaces. Each suite carries a minibar or bar area, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and Wi-Fi; the Beige and Pink rooms add an in-room safe deposit box.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

An infinity pool runs along the cliff-edge sun deck outside the Pink Room, which shares its level with the property’s bar and jacuzzi. Down a spiral staircase past the steam bath, the Blue Bungalow opens to its own private plunge pool and the Green Bungalow to a private garden, both a level below the main house. Stairs from the cliff lead directly down to Playa Rosa, a beach known locally for its sea caves and small islets.
