Casa Torre is a five-suite villa in Costa Careyes designed by architect Diego Villaseñor, one of three villas set on the Playa Rosa hill with direct stair access to the Playa Rosa beach club. All five bungalow suites have a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and a private terrace with a sea view; the property sleeps up to 10 guests. A separate media room adds a double sofa bed, a smart TV, and a Sonos sound system as flex space beyond the five suites.

The interiors were curated by the villa’s owners, a Franco-American couple, and the gardens were designed by landscape architect Eric Nagelmann of Lotusland. Outdoor space is arranged around an open-air palapa, three dining pergolas, and a pool with an ocean view, with a tower offering sunset views over Playa Rosa. A Boston Whaler with a dedicated captain is available for fishing trips and exploring nearby Costalegre beaches.

The villa’s kitchen and bar area includes a blender, a cappuccino machine, a food processor, and a juicer, with indoor and outdoor dining areas and an indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system throughout. A guest office has a monitor and printer, and the separate media room has a double sofa bed, a smart TV, HiFi speakers, and its own Sonos system. Satellite TV (400 channels) and a spa and relaxation pavilion round out the indoor amenities.

Outdoor space is built around an open-air living room palapa, three dining pergolas, and a cocktail deck, with a pool that has an ocean view and a tower offering sunset views over Playa Rosa. Direct stairs lead down to the Playa Rosa beach club, where beach loungers and umbrellas can be rented; kayaks are available on-site. The property is within a gated community with 24-hour security, and a Suburban with a driver is available for short trips.
