Azul Esmeralda is a recently built beachfront villa of more than 14,000 sq ft in Puerto Morelos, with six bedrooms for up to 14 guests: 12 adults plus 2 children under five. It runs on a Gourmet All Inclusive program, with a 24-hour butler, a private chef cooking three meals a day, and a fridge of house wine, beer, soft drinks and water restocked daily. Lobster and steak are charged separately.
A short golf-cart ride away, Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun is open to the whole group, including its à la carte restaurants and bars, kids club, fitness center, daily activities and nightly entertainment. Events of up to 40 guests can be quoted on request.
Inside are a living room with contemporary furniture, a family room and a home theater with Bose sound, as well as the villa’s own spa and gym. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV, Sonos and Bose sound, a Blu-ray player and access to the villa’s media server. A closed-circuit security system with eight cameras can be viewed from the family room.
A 1,600 sq ft infinity pool looks out to sea, with a jacuzzi by the beach. Non-motorized water sports are included: kayaks, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a Hobie Cat, along with volleyball, beach games and pool floats.
Six ocean-view bedrooms sleep up to 14 (12 adults and 2 children under five): five rooms with a king bed and one with two queens.
Second floor: Master 1 with a king bed, a jacuzzi, a living area, a private outdoor shower, a walk-in closet and a terrace; Master 2 with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, and a terrace over the ocean and pool; Bedroom 3 with a king bed, an en-suite shower and a terrace.
Ground floor: Bedroom 4 with a king bed, an en-suite shower and a private terrace facing the beach.
Guest house, ground floor: Bedroom 5 with a king bed and a private beach-facing terrace opening to the pool terrace, and Bedroom 6 with two queen beds and an en-suite rainforest shower.
The owner’s room notes don’t state the bathroom for Master 1 and Bedroom 5. The villa has six bathrooms, and we confirm the arrangement before you book.
