Vatule sits in La Punta Estates, set above the 17th fairway and facing open water, with more than 10,000 square feet of covered living space. There are two living rooms, three dining areas and two rooftop terraces with Pacific views, so a large family can eat together or split up.
The sleeping plan is unusual and is the main reason families choose it. Five king suites each have a private entrance and ocean views. A youth bunk house holds twelve twin beds and a media room with an Xbox, which gives teenagers their own space while parents keep the suites. The bunk house is twin beds only, so it suits kids and teens better than adult couples. Capacity depends on how many guests use the bunk house: tell us your mix of adults and children and we will confirm the setup.
Outdoors, the 72-foot infinity pool is the centerpiece, with a jacuzzi that seats 14, a daybed palapa, shaded living and dining, a wet bar and grill, 27 outdoor speakers and a 50-yard playing field overlooking the fairway.
The house runs with housekeeping, a chef and culinary team, a server and bartender at meals, a concierge and in-house laundry. Meals are charged according to consumption, so food and drink are added to the rental. Two six-seat golf carts and bicycles for adults and children are provided, and packing and unpacking service is available on request.
About the beach: the house is oceanfront but sits above the water, not on sand. Beach days are spent at the St. Regis Beach Club, the Residents Beach Club or the Kupuri Beach Club. The property is on several levels and the owner does not list an elevator.
