Casa de Casas is a private oceanfront estate in La Punta Estates, the residential area of the gated Punta Mita community that also includes the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts. The house covers about 20,000 square feet and faces directly west, so evenings end with a Pacific sunset. Stone and wood finishes are handcrafted, and the rooms are furnished with architectural details and antiques.
There are seven bedroom suites. They include master suites, a separate mountain-view master villa and bunkroom suites, a mix that suits multigenerational families: grandparents or a couple can take the private villa, and children can share the bunkrooms. The owner does not publish the bed type in every room, so we confirm the plan for your group.
Service is the core of the house. A full-time, tenured team that includes a gourmet chef runs it year round, with a concierge on site around the clock. A separate workout facility and a spa with a steam shower are on the property, and the infinity pool looks out to sea. Airport transportation is offered.
