Villa Taiyari is an eight-bedroom villa on the Iyari hillside in Punta Mita, newly completed, with direct beach access and room for up to sixteen. It is also known as Iyari Estate 8.
What sets it apart is how much is already arranged. A concierge, a chef for breakfast and lunch, a butler and bartender, and housekeeping work the house each day, usually from 8 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 4 pm. You pay for groceries and drinks; dinners, extended hours and extra staff can be added for a fee.
The house also covers most of what a group would otherwise leave the property for: a heated infinity pool with a jacuzzi and pool bar, a covered pool terrace and a pool pavilion, a spa with sauna and steam room, a gym and a cinema room.
The name comes from a Wixárika (Huichol) symbol for the heart. It is a house for groups who want to stay together: two or three families, a milestone birthday, or a wellness week for up to sixteen.
Living and dining share one large space under a high vaulted timber ceiling, with wide openings to the garden and the sea. A single long table seats the whole group, and the living room is arranged as several sitting areas in wood, stone and woven textures. Off the main rooms are a cinema room, a gym, and a spa with a sauna and a steam room; massages can be arranged in the villa on request.
A heated infinity pool runs along the terrace, its edge lined up with the ocean and the green headland across the bay, with a jacuzzi and a pool bar. A covered terrace with loungers faces the water, and a timber-roofed pool pavilion gives more shade. A barbecue and a wood-fired oven are set up for outdoor cooking, and tropical planting surrounds the house on its hillside, with the beach reached directly from the property.

Two master suites have king beds and bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub; four guest suites have king beds and showers; two bunk rooms each have two queen bunk beds and a shower, which suits children and teenagers.
