The bedrooms are suites spread across multiple levels. The primary suite has an ocean-facing terrace, and the secondary suites suit couples or families. Twenty-two guests across nine rooms means some rooms take more than two guests; we confirm bedding and assignments with each quote.

Inside are open-plan living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, a media lounge and local stone and wood details. Outside are a private pool and an infinity pool, tropical gardens, sun loungers, shaded lounge areas and palapa-style dining facing the Pacific, giving a large group several places to gather or separate. Air conditioning, wifi, parking and security are in place, housekeeping and concierge support are available, and a private chef can be arranged on request.
