Open, layered interiors

Limestone floors run through the main living space, which opens on two sides to full-height glass. A dedicated media room sits apart from the main lounge — useful when a group wants to split between a film and conversation. The open kitchen and dining area face the pool and the beach rather than the driveway, which is a design decision more houses should make.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

Designed for the day outside

The saltwater pool sits between the house and the sand, with a sun deck and shaded seating around it. An outdoor shower and covered dining handle the transition from beach to house, so nobody walks through the living room in a wet swimsuit. The barbecue setup means groups are not dependent on restaurants for every meal.

03 — Bedrooms

All six bedrooms are en-suite, so there is no bathroom negotiation between family groups. The primary has a private terrace facing the water; the remaining five are sized for a mix of couples, children or extended family, each with blackout shades and storage suited to a stay of several weeks rather than a long weekend.

Sunset over the water from the terrace. Our southern and eastern properties cannot offer that regardless of how good their views are otherwise.

Yes — all six bedrooms are en-suite, so nobody shares a bathroom across family groups, and the primary has its own terrace if one couple wants more separation.
