The Palm Estate is the original house at Black Urchin, a small resort of private villas and suites on Pease Bay. It was rebuilt inside in 2014 and updated again in 2021, and it stands further from the water than its neighbours, behind a broad lawn and the widest beach on the property. Of the three houses at Black Urchin, this is the one to pick for privacy.
Families like the layout: two king masters upstairs for the parents, a bunk room for small children next to them, two queen rooms downstairs for grandparents or friends, and a rec room with bunks and games for teenagers.
