The Grand Palm Residence is the newest and largest of the two villas at Black Urchin Boutique Resort on Pease Bay. It is a modern three-storey house built for groups: four king suites on the middle floor, each with a balcony over the water, and the entire top floor given to a 1,200 square foot Ultra Suite.
Downstairs, the kitchen, dining table, lounge and a proper cocktail bar sit in one long room that opens to the pool. The rec room keeps children busy with arcade games, foosball and an Xbox.

The Ultra Suite on the third floor has a king bed, a lounge, a dry bar with a fridge, a two-person rain shower and a soaking tub for two facing the sea.
