Villa Ambar sits on the clifftops of Ungasan, on Bali’s southern peninsula, with the ocean in view from every room. The open-plan living pavilion runs straight onto a lawn and an infinity pool, and the house is arranged so the master suite stands apart from the other four bedrooms.
That separation is the point of the layout: a couple leading the group gets privacy, while the remaining four king-bed rooms, each en-suite with ocean views, keep everyone else together. A media room covers evenings in, and shaded lounges around the pool deck cover the afternoons. Sundays Beach Club and several of the peninsula’s beaches are close by.
The main living pavilion is open-plan, flowing onto the lawn and pool, with a media room also on the property. Each of the five bedrooms has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with ocean views; the master suite is separate from the other four bedrooms.
