Villa Hamsa is one of two villas on the Sohamsa Ocean Estate, on the cliffs of the Bukit peninsula about two kilometres from Pandawa Beach. Its master suite stands at the far end of the 14-metre infinity pool with a private cliff-edge deck, while the four guest suites sit below pool level, reached through a semi-subterranean passage along a natural rock wall.
The living pavilion opens to a shaded veranda with ocean views. The kitchen is shared with the neighbouring Villa Soham, and the two houses can be booked together for a group of up to eighteen. Five bedrooms sleep eight: an emperor four-poster in the master with an indoor-outdoor rain shower, and four guest rooms with twins that convert to king, one facing the ocean and three a lotus-pond courtyard.
An expansive living pavilion has a shaded veranda with ocean views. Villa Hamsa shares an equipped kitchen with its neighbouring villa, Villa Soham; the two properties can be connected for groups of up to 18.
A 14-metre infinity pool sits before the master suite pavilion, with a large ironwood deck and a sun terrace overlooking the ocean.
