Beyond the living and dining space the house carries a private cinema room and a gym — real rooms rather than gestures, and the reason a group of twenty-eight can do four different things at four in the afternoon without anyone being displaced.

The pool is large enough to take twenty-eight without crowding, framed by loungers and shaded seating. The private beach is a few steps past the pool deck, and the outdoor dining areas are sized for the full group. A sauna adds a third water-and-heat option alongside the pool and the sea.
