Full-height glass runs along the main living area and opens the lounge and dining space straight onto the pool deck, so the indoors is not separated from the view by a wall of windows you have to walk around. The kitchen handles full group meals for eighteen. The layout keeps sightlines to the water from most of the ground floor.

The infinity pool is the centrepiece, with deck wrapping it — loungers on one side, a pergola-covered dining table on the other. Shade over the table is the practical detail; midday here is unforgiving.
