— Soliman Bay sits north of Tulum on the Riviera Maya, sheltered behind a natural reef. The reef is what makes the difference: the water inside it stays calm and clear, the sand is soft and white, and the jungle comes down close to the shore. There are no beach clubs on this stretch and no crowds. Guests swim, paddleboard and snorkel straight off the sand. Tulum's restaurants and shops are a short drive rather than a walk, which is the point of the location - quiet without being cut off.

01 — Indoor Living
Open, layered interiors
Ten suites across two buildings, connected by planted courtyards. Two king suites face the water; two have a partial sea view; four face the jungle; two queen rooms are set up for guests sharing. The finish level does not drop between categories, and several bathrooms open directly onto the view.
The restaurant runs the full ground floor of the front building. In the second building, one wing holds a rustic timber bar facing the working kitchen – and, according to the owner, this is the only room on the property with a television.
Throughout: solar-powered air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, a dedicated workspace, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, hangers, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen is equipped with coffee, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. A pack-n-play travel crib is available.
02 — Outdoor & Pool
Designed for the day outside
The pool is heated and has its own jacuzzi, set between the restaurant and the beach. Above it, a rooftop terrace carries two firepits and an outdoor fireplace.
The beach is private to the property. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are provided, along with beach essentials, and the reef-sheltered water is calm enough to swim and snorkel from shore. Suites have balconies.
The property sits inside a private community with security.
03 — Bedrooms
Sleeping for 24
Ten suites, 10.5 bathrooms, twelve beds, twenty-four guests.
