— The north side of Cozumel is the island's residential coast, away from the cruise-day traffic of the town center and the beach clubs to the south. Kiino Cozumel is a gated development there, landscaped with jungle and bordering the Cozumel Country Club, a few minutes from downtown San Miguel and the international airport. Kiino Condo G1 + G2 is the two brand-new condos G1 and G2 booked together, next door to each other in Kiino Cozumel, a gated community with 24/7 security on the quiet north side of the island. The complex is planted with jungle and sits beside the Cozumel Country Club, a few minutes from downtown San Miguel and the international airport.
It is two separate condos, not one house. Each has its own open-plan living and dining area with a smart TV, and its own fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, including an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, blender and coffee maker. Each has two bedrooms, both with king beds: the primary with an en-suite bathroom and generous closet space, the second with its own full bathroom. Together that is four king bedrooms and four bathrooms for up to eight guests, with two kitchens and two living rooms, which suits two families or a group that wants a little space of its own.
Outside, each condo has a private patio with its own jacuzzi (unheated) facing the garden. Guests share the complex’s two swimming pools, and the nearby Country Club beach is the closest stretch of Caribbean coast. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels, maid service and parking are included.
