Kiino Condo G1 is a brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Kiino Cozumel, a gated community with 24/7 security on the quiet north side of the island. The complex is planted with jungle and sits beside the Cozumel Country Club, a few minutes from downtown San Miguel and the international airport.
The interior is open-plan and modern, with a Tulum-inspired look: a bright living area with a flat-screen smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, including an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, blender and coffee maker. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and generous closet space. The second bedroom also has a king bed and its own full bathroom, so two couples get equal rooms.
Outside, the private patio has its own jacuzzi (unheated) facing the garden. Guests share the complex’s two swimming pools, and the nearby Country Club beach is the closest stretch of Caribbean coast. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels, maid service and parking are included.
