There is no sand here, and that is a feature rather than an omission. Ironshore coastline holds more visible marine life close in than the island’s sand beaches do, so a mask and twenty minutes off the property beats a boat trip from somewhere prettier. Groups who have spent a week snorkelling from a sandy beach and seen very little tend to understand the trade immediately.

Five en-suite bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms take twelve guests. The outdoor space steps up in levels rather than sitting as one flat deck, giving several separate vantage points over the water, and a private pool plus a media room mean the day still works when conditions do not. If your group’s non-negotiable is walking onto sand, we will move you to a beachfront house and say so plainly.

Full-height glass opens the main living area onto the water, with stone floors and high ceilings keeping the volume generous despite a modest bedroom count.
