Every property makes a trade. This one gives up ground-level water access and buys height — the villa sits on a bluff, and the infinity pool is positioned so the water line meets the horizon rather than a strip of sand. It is the most dramatic sightline of the smaller houses in this collection, and it is the reason to choose it.

Five king suites sleeping eleven make this a couples-and-close-family property rather than a reunion house. Limestone floors and full-height glazing carry the view through the main level, and a separate media room plus several terraces give a smaller group more variety than the bedroom count implies. If your group’s non-negotiable is walking onto sand, this is not your villa and we will say so.

Limestone floors and floor-to-ceiling windows keep the elevated view present through the whole main level rather than framing it in one room. The dining area is sited to catch the breeze that comes up off the bluff, which makes outdoor-adjacent dining comfortable later into the afternoon than at sea level. The media room sits apart from the main living space, and connectivity is strong enough to support anyone working part of the trip.

The infinity pool is the centre of gravity, and the bluff’s elevation makes the vanishing edge read far more convincingly than it does on a flat coastal lot. Terraces and shaded seating are distributed around the property rather than concentrated on one deck, and mature planting screens the neighbouring lots. There is a barbecue and an outdoor dining setting for groups that want to eat outside every night.
