The main living area opens along a run of glass doors that fold back completely, so the room becomes part of the pool deck during the day rather than a space that merely looks at it. The cinema room is genuinely enclosed and set apart — a real second room, not a television in an alcove. Air conditioning and connectivity are consistent throughout, which counts for more here than at a property five minutes from town.
The pool deck is the largest single space on the property, with shaded lounging along one side and the pool itself facing open water. The private beach is a short walk beyond it and faces the Caribbean directly, so it is swimmable rather than merely photogenic. An outdoor dining setting means the group can eat every meal outside if it wants to.
All six bedrooms are en-suite, with eight bathrooms in total — the surplus is what makes a twelve-person stay feel unhurried. The primary suite has a private terrace facing the water.
