A shared hot tub and barrel sauna sit on a first-floor balcony over the valley, five minutes by shuttle from the Portes du Soleil lifts. Fully catered only — no self-catered option.

The main living space

An open-plan living and dining room anchors the ground floor, with a bar, plush sofas and bean bags, a fireplace, and vaulted ceilings with French windows onto the valley. A separate TV room offers quieter space. Each of the 12 bedrooms has its own en-suite, hairdryer and Cowshed toiletries, and most open onto a patio, terrace or balcony. Garage parking for 2 cars, a ski room with boot warmers, and a sound system across the main living spaces round out the property.

An outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna share a first-floor balcony with views over Nantaux mountain, Morzine and the Dranse valley. The Super Morzine and Pléney gondolas — linking to Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil — are a five-minute drive away, with a free shuttle bus or the Pléney lift for the return trip.
