Chalet Xanadu sleeps up to 20 across six bedrooms in Morzine, part of the Portes du Soleil ski area. A dedicated kids' den, a sauna-and-hot-tub wellness floor, and wraparound valley-view balconies set it apart from a standard family chalet. Fully catered in winter, self-catered in summer.

01 — Indoor Living

The main living space

A Scandinavian-influenced, boho-chic lounge, dining area and kitchen anchor the main living level, with a separate TV nook for downtime. The wood-burning fireplace is kept topped up by the chalet’s hosts during catered stays. On the top floor, a den fitted with games and books gives kids their own space, with floor-to-ceiling windows over the valley and the option to convert into extra sleeping space. A wellness floor on level 3 pairs an indoor sauna with direct access to the outdoor hot tub. A boot room with heated warmers sits at entrance level, and a separate garage handles bike and ski storage — not cars — alongside six off-street parking spaces.

02 — Mountain & Wellness

Built around the mountain

Wraparound balconies and a large deck take in the chalet’s sunny position over the Morzine valley. One upper bedroom has its own balcony toward Nyon; three others share a balcony facing Mont Chéry, Pléney and Roc d’Enfer. In summer, a riverside walk connects the chalet to the village, passing play areas en route to Morzine’s pools and the Super Morzine lift; in winter, the suspension bridge to that lift is roughly a 10-15 minute walk.
