On the third floor of a low-rise building, it opens to a private plunge pool set over the fifteenth hole of the Bahia course, with golf, bay and mountain views beyond. It sleeps up to ten across three en-suite bedrooms, and comes with a full-time housekeeper and cook Monday to Saturday, two golf carts and access to five of Punta Mita’s beach clubs.

The main living area is open-plan, the kitchen fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a filtered-water system, a ten-seat dining table indoors. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, with smart TVs through the condo. It is a contemporary, well-appointed base built to hold a group of ten in comfort.

Off the living area, a private plunge pool sits on the terrace, placed for the golf, bay and mountain views, with an eight-seat dining table, a built-in barbecue and an outdoor beverage cooler alongside. Two golf carts come with the condo for the run of the resort.
