— Hacienda de Mita sits inside the Punta Mita resort, in the company of the Four Seasons, St. Regis, Montage and Pendry. The condo walks straight out to the beach, the Hacienda beach club right next door, and it is a short stroll into the town of Punta de Mita, where many of the restaurants sit on the sand, and a short cart ride to the resort’s other beach clubs and golf courses. Punta Mita is quiet and family-minded, gated and secured around the clock.
Casa Ola Bonita is a four-bedroom beachfront condo in Hacienda de Mita, inside the gates of the Punta Mita resort. Hacienda de Mita is the resort’s only truly beachfront condominium community, and this is one of the few residences that opens directly onto the sand. Remodelled in 2022, it sleeps up to eight, with a 30-by-15-foot ocean balcony off a living and dining room that opens through a twenty-foot wall of stacking doors — a rare thing among Punta Mita’s villa rentals, a condo where the Pacific is quite literally at the threshold.

The kitchen, dining room and living room open to one another, and a twenty-foot run of stacking doors folds the space onto the balcony and the ocean. The great room carries an 85-inch television, the two primary suites each a 55-inch, with Roku, Apple TV and YouTube TV throughout. A water-purification system serves every tap, with a reverse-osmosis tap at the kitchen sink, and a washer and dryer sit in the bunk room.
The private balcony runs thirty by fifteen feet along the front of the condo, over the ocean, with seating to spare for coffee at sunrise or a drink at dusk. The Hacienda beach club is next door and the sand directly in front of the building, and an included six-seat Ikon golf cart handles the rest of the resort.
Four bedrooms sleep up to eight. Three are large en-suites; the fourth is a smaller bunk room with a three-quarter bath, which also holds the washer and dryer. The two primary suites each carry a 55-inch television.
