Condo Alheli sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, with 4.5 bathrooms. What a group can comfortably use depends on the room-by-room configuration rather than the bedroom count alone, so we confirm the layout against your party before you book.

Rates are quoted per stay rather than published as a single number, because they move with the season, the length of stay and the size of the group, and taxes and fees vary by destination. Send your dates and we confirm availability and the rate with the owner before anything is charged.

It has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, but the owner describes it as three and a half. The fourth room is a bunk room with two single bunk beds and an en-suite shower room, better suited to children than to a fourth couple. Total occupancy is eight guests.

The residence holds a Club Punta Mita Premier membership, which is what grants access to the beach clubs, golf courses and sports facilities. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. Whether that fee is included in the nightly rate or billed separately is confirmed at the time of booking. Fees and consumption at those facilities are billed separately in any case.

Two beach clubs, at Pacifico and Kupuri; the La Lancha surf club; the Porta Fortuna ocean sports club with its pier and water sports rental equipment; two Jack Nicklaus golf courses with a golf academy, two driving ranges and three practice putting greens; the fitness and tennis centre with pickleball courts; walking and cycling paths; the spa; and the kids club.
