Yarari Royale is a nine-bedroom villa in the gated Cap Cana community, a modern, minimalist home built for large groups and multi-generational families. Nine en-suite bedrooms sleep up to twenty, and the villa carries an unusual perk: complimentary membership to the Eden Roc Beach Club, which other Cap Cana villas pay to access. A chef, butler and daily maid service are included, and on site there is a pool (heating available at extra cost), hot tub, gym, games room and a convertible pickleball and basketball court.
Clean, minimalist interiors run through the living and dining spaces, with a games room — pool table, foosball, ping pong — and a gym for the group. All nine bedrooms have smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms, and a private chef prepares three meals a day.
